North British 32 Year Old 1991 Hogshead Import 45.4% 70cl 63 some orange and spiceHogshead Imported present this 32 year old, ex bourbon hogshead single grain from North British. North British are known for using corn as the predominant grain in their mash bill as oppose to the cheaper option, wheat. This gives a wonderful confectionary flavour to their liquid as can be seen in this independent bottling. Nose: Salted caramel fudge, apricots and pear drops. Palate: Butterscotch, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon and sicky toffee pudding.
