Distilled in copper pot stills and cut with volcanic spring water, the spirit is left to mellow in American oak for just 14 days before it is bottled, giving it a smoothness that means it can be enjoyed neat or in a cocktail it works particularly well in a Margarita! Smooth and herbal with aromas of anise and black pepper and flavours of cooked agave and spice.
