D - best condition of the chrome but the screw by the wingnut is firmly stuck in there (no replacement wingnut with this one)

Pretty good condition but the internal grabbing bit that holds the base to the tube is a bit loose so it only properly tightens onto the parts when the feet are down and the bottom wingnut tightened pulling down on the internal part(its not like the tube is coming off when its loose it can just slip up a couple cm when there's no tension on it)
