It's a bit thinner than a premier pre international hoop( At least I think this is pre international its super tight  but will just about fit over a regular 22" shell)  I'm not sure quite what it's from- it was on a Rogers kit but it was smaller than other rogers hoops

Brand new lack Tama Logo display bass drum head with a dampening ring fitted

You can see the rotocast pattern so this will be an Italian made rather than Zildjian made premier cymbal- I would estimated 20s but I've not done a lot of research

The adapter simply screws onto the cymbal stand allowing drummers to position a secondary hihat or cymbal stack where ever is most desired
