It's not fully oxidative but rather somewhere in the middle. Gahier allows maturation to occur in older oak, so it can breathe. Plenty of raw nut and fragrant spice on show. Like a ginger apple. Is that a thing? More powerful than Les Follasses, it's a more cerebral beast demanding a bit of food. ABV: 13%
