Old vineyards located between 300-600m above sea level are grown on a mixture of clay and volcanic soils with limited yields allowing for the production of outstanding wines with incredible food matching potential

Suitable for bottle ageing for a further 10-15 years This wine is bottled without filtration so will require decanting at least 30 minutes before consumption

In the mouth it is well balanced and fresh with plenty of volume and density on the tropical fruit finish

Grapes are handpicked and undergo natural fermentation in a cement vat with 6 weeks maceration followed by ageing in old oak cask and barrels for 21 months. Bottled without fining and filtering.
