The first vineyard of the Roulot stable to be picked, yet always the ripest, riddle me that. If ever there is a vineyard to show off winemaking prowess, this is it. There's a richness to the profile, but so much precision and riotous freshness that I'm blown away. Brawn, yes, but brains too.
