Peggy Hughes "Once In A Blue Moon" These young people are our12x12 Acrylic and collage on canvas Peg is an Ottawa based artist who takes many of her ideas and themes from the world she encounters: found shapes, shadows, lines. She interprets them in a non representational and abstract manner, often scratching and scraping through layers of paint to sculpt her images.
