This is a brand new Dash Pads made in the USA off the original GM tooling, which actually is better than NOS because it was just made. Its original with the foam covered vinyl with the steel insert very hard to find. Let me know if you have more questions or want more photos this is a nice soft original dash pad brand new not a cheap urethane reproduction.
