May be injected directly into joints and soft tissues in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, bursitis and other inflammatory conditions. It has greater anti inflammatory potency than prednisolone. Depo Medrone may be used by any of the following routes: intramuscular, intra articular, periarticular, intrabursal, intralesional or into the tendon sheath.
