The odd column is carved from an unusual stone that is quite different from any of the stones in the surrounding ruins. The symbols carved into the stone are reminiscent of those found in secret cults scattered around the globe, many of which are associated with the Elder Gods of the H. P. Lovecraft Cthulhu Mythos. In fact, it almost appears as if this stone has been pushed
