Jack Adams [Alan & Ron Vater’s Grandfather] even hand-turned some of these drumstick profiles at Jack’s Drum Shop in Boston back in the 1950’s and 60’s

At some point its had holes added for rivets but instead of a drill i think they used a hamer and a nail

Its the classic and still the best (my opinion obviously) no effort geat sound bang this on no pillow or anything done.
