2024 Petrichor Wines Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 750ml Non-Chill Filtered Densely packedThis wine is predominately Single Vineyard Pinot Noir, an expression of single clone hand picked on the 9th April . These are from 20 year old vines grown on gravelly volcanic terroir located in the Coal River Valley (Tea Tree). There is a small component of Biodynamic fruit from Petrichor vineyard in the wine. Handpicked at optimum fruit sugar acid balance. The Pinot was de stemmed retaining 20% whole bunches. Cold soaked for 6 days. Wild yeast, hand
