Dhondt-Grellet, Champagne 'Roc Solare' Extra Brut NV sell-when-out-of-stock InvigoratingPlace: Champagne, France Grape: Chardonnay + Pinot Noir Vibe: Classic Chardonnay dominates the blend here, with a sprinkling of Pinot Noir just to give it a bit of backbone. Grapes come from meticulously selected plots in the Cte de Sezannais. Apples and citrus fruit come leaping out the glass and up ya nose at first, followed by hazelnuts and a fresh, creamy palate. Seriously top stuff. ABV: 12%
