Compatible with the ET H, a damaged swivel neck makes the vacuum difficult to maneuver. The swivel neck is the pivoting joint that lets you steer your vacuum. A damaged or loose swivel neck makes the vacuum hard to control and can stress internal wiring. During replacement, note the routing of any internal cables.
