Ermera Peaberry Grind:Whole Bean Emerald Espresso is our OrganicThis coffee originates from family owned farms organized around the Cooperativa Cafe Timor (CCT), a community with over 20,000 members residing in the Ainaro, Ermera, and Lequisa districts of East Timor. Coffee cultivation in East Timor has a rich history, dating back over 400 years when Portuguese colonists introduced coffee cultivation. However, leaf rust devastated production until the 1900s when a new coffee varietal called Hibrido de Timor was
