Bright, expressive, and built for our Nordic style roasting. From Sidama Region, Dembi brings together coffees from 1,200 smallholder farmers. Ripe cherries are handpicked, carefully sorted, and shade dried for about 18 days before resting, then milled and prepared for export. Taste it and
