MaP555 is a small molecule fluorogenic probe with excellent cell permeability. It is converted from 6 carboxytetramethylrhodamine (6 TAMRA) and has similar spectroscopic properties of 6 TAMRA. MaP555 has an acyl sulfamide structure which favors the spirolactam form, thus has excellent cell permeability. When the probe binds to its cellular targets, MaP555 mainly exists in the
