Les Fruits, Collines Syrah 2021 Easy Skinsy fennel spice cutPlace: South Australia Grape: Syrah Vibe: Different Two separate parcels joining forces here one from Adelaide Hills with 50% whole bunches and one from McLaren Vale done 100% carbonic whole bunch. Two pretty different wines that combine to make something even greater than the sum of their parts. Kalamata olives, blue fruits and graphite come from the former, with the latter bringing florals and herbs. Plenty to see here, and plenty to like. ABV: 12.
