Recently we teamed up with the esteemed, California based, internationally recognized, 100% oak aged brewery Horus Aged Ales, to create a chocolate centric beast called BOP (Bird Of Prey). Upon a strong foundation of roasted malts and an 8 hour boil to concentrate all those fermentable sugars, we added a mammoth amount of high quality Ghanaian cocoa nibs at a ratio 3X that of our dry hopping rate. The result is
