It would have been worn on the sleeve of an athletic shirt or jacket. It is very rare since this is constructed in a high quality thick red and white thread. This is beautifully constructed in multiple pieces, with the white swastika imposed over the regal black eagle. The patch is shaped as a shield. It is rare to find them on this red felt, with the white felt trim.
