Primatus 100% Aglianico an international vine variety thatA vivid ruby red color with slight violet hues, tending towards garnet as it ages. The bouquet is very intense and complex, with notes of red fruit and spices. On the palate, it is full bodied, elegant, velvety, and very harmonious. Produced using the appassimento technique, in which the grapes are dried directly in the vineyard by pruning the fruit bearing canes below the first cluster, with a late harvest taking place in mid November.
