Vibrancy is the first word that comes to mind here. Yeasty notes come at you first, riding along a waxy texture and kept in check by biting minerality. Pumpkin and bitter orange bring the fruit n veg side, while thyme and verbena bring the herbs. A lot going on, and all of it good. ABV: 12%
