The alcohol is then gently removed using a modern method of spinning cones which extract the alcohol through a low temperature, vacuum distillation process. This process keeps all of the natural flavours and aromas of the Syrah grapes. The result is a very juicy and fruity wine with lots of mouth filling ripe blackberries and raspberries.
