Rouleau Loops are Practically Synonymous with Wedding Dresses. Actually, that's where I got the idea, researching the buttons with the loops. I didn't know what they were called, but I remembered they are usually used to fasten wedding dresses. (I read that using a crochet hook to lift the loops over the buttons is quite
