Fermentation is driven by R2323, AWRI 350, and EC1118 yeasts, with minimal tannin extraction and temperatures reaching up to 30C for vibrant fruit expression. Malolactic fermentation was completed in barrel. The wines chosen for this cuve aged in seasoned French
