Zinc Anode 40mm and 50mm Anode Size:50mm This is for the 4"1000WThis Zinc anode is made from SS# 316 tube. It is for protecting pump body against corrosion. The Zinc anode is used to help deter corrosion in the submerged pump system. This sacrificial anode will redirect the corrosion from your pump to itself via differences in voltage potential. This means the anode will be consumed in corrosion in preference to the pump, increasing the lifespan of the pump. There are two different anode sizes which are 1. 5"
