AVAILABLE - Black Lace, 2023 (24x36") I wanted this painting toTrees silhouetted against a sunset sky can look almost like lace, albeit an organic and highly textured version. In this piece, I fussed with creating a dusty effect above the trees, reminiscent of the way the light plays with the landscape as the sun sinks. Mixed media: acrylic and latex paints, spray paint, liquid asphalt (rubberized). Painted on gallery depth cradled birch panel.
