"Teran" SKERK, Venezia Giulia IGT Terrano 2018 White Wine baked fish and/ or grilledAn autochtonous varietial grape offers us this deep, dark red wine from the rocky Carso soils. It is quite unique, indeed. "The dark and alluring 2018 Teran is a deep purple colour, showing masses of crushed blackberry and plum before blossoming further with loads of lavender, violets and flinty campfire smoke. It's soft in texture, contrasted by tart, black fruits, sour citrus and nervous acidity, making for a tension filled performance in the mouth.
