Cape Sainte Blaize - Oceanic Gin Sweden just like the El PlanoArtisan Gin from our Bottle Shop and Taproom: Cape Saint Blaize Oceanic is a woody and fruity gin with a dark color, obtained from different local botanicals such as citrus fruits, sea asparagus, rooibos, fig, plum and goji berries. On the nose it releases sweetish hints of fig and plum. The palate is soft and fruity, with notes of cherry, cassis, citrus and earthy spices. It ends in a dry and elegant finish. Excellent when tasted straight, try it
