Only the finest vats make it into the final wine, with production typically ranging from 70 to 150 dozen. The wine presents a semi translucent dark red color with a light red rim. The highly aromatic nose showcases violet, ripe red cherries, and strawberries, complemented by subtle hints of anise, forest floor, and lightly spiced fresh herbs. On the palate, it's light and
