the reinforcement at the front of the cap has detached and is poking through the liner (please see pics)

11th Airborne Officer Paratrooper Liner Used Hardcover Stitching to both front and11th Airborne Officer Paratrooper Liner This is a late WWII Westinghouse paratrooper liner that was reissues in the late 1940s or early 1950s for use by the 11th Airborne. It has a dark green finish that is mostly intact. There is a lieutenant bar at the front. Each side has 11th Airborne shield decals. The interior has an olive drab suspension that is in fine condition. The sweatband is a bit discolored but otherwise fine. The A frames are green
