Fruit is harvested from partner producers in the Loire before the pears are soaked in pure alcohol to extract as much flavour as possible. The infusion is then blended with pear eau de vie to enhance the intensity of flavour. At this point, sugar is added to make sure it meets the required levels to be called a crme. A delight on the rocks, with soda
