It is fortified in dockside warehouses, and as it oxidises it gains its characteristic colour and flavour. It has a luxurious sweetness, with silky textured fruit on the palate, bracing acidity leading to a fantastic finish. Once open the bottle will not deteriorate, but it is so delicious we are sure it wont be around for too long. Alcohol: 19%
