It is located in Roddino, where the Barolo hills rise into the Alta Langa. This metodo classico is made of Nebbiolo and Pinot nero (the latter to counterbalance the strength of the former), saigne and a minimum of 48+ months on the lees with <1g L of dosage. The juice stays in contact with the
