These unique Turkish chaput kilims are flatweaves handmade from recycled cotton, wool, and goat hair fabrics. Originally woven on narrow looms, chaput panels were later sewn together to create two or even three winged reversible rugs. Chaput weaving, a traditional practice in Asia Minor, creatively reuses old textiles, forming eco friendly, one of a kind
