The leather is in remarkably excellent condition given it's age showing only minor friction/rub areas in isolated locations (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided)

The fabric is also slightly faded and shows minor piling so we do recommend that this chair be re-upholstered

a species coveted for it's variety of greyish-blue streaks that are caused by an infestation of the ambrosia beetle

The richly colored cognac leather cushions are in superb condition given their age showing only minor surface scratches and signs of light wear (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided) but showing no tears

The original black vinyl does have several small tears and rips in the fabric (which can be seen in the photos and video provided) and we do recommend having these chairs re-upholstered
