Chain Pier was a very small maker, and the first in Edinburgh to produce single malt since the 1920s. Managed by the team behind John Crabbie & Co, the whisky was made using two tiny 500 litre copper stills. A whole day's production would barely be enough to fill two casks..! Before Chain Pier was dismantled,
