Doorly’s 14 Year Old Rum Varietal:Rum this Small Batch Bourbon WhiskeyA combination of pot and column still rums, the majority aged for fourteen years in ex bourbon casks with the remainder matured for fourteen years in ex madeira casks before being blended. There are initial notes of ginger and oak which lead into sweet and dark chocolate, orange and jammy berry flavours. The finish consists of cinnamon and a touch of char.
