Bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate. Delicate and refreshingly acid with a lingering aftertaste. Nose: A dry and fresh nose, crisp hints of sea air, candied orange peel, chamomile and soft floral aromas drift across the nose with ease. Palate: A nice clean start of dry fruits, sweet and herbal
