Its syrupy, sweet and refreshing. Currently a blend of Central (Guatemala) and South Ameircan Coffees (Peru). Suggested brewing guidelines: Grind coarse (french press or coarser) Use 1: 6 coffee to water ratio (by weight) to brew the concentrate Steep at room temp. for a minimum of 16 hrs. Dilute concentrate to tastewe suggest close to 1: 1 water:
