S. by Napa based Old Bridge Cellarshas unveiled a limited release, commemorative bottling called Cuvee n21. Launching in celebration of Collets founding in the Grand Cru village of Ay in 1921, the special edition is a blend of 21 of the Champagne houses best years dating back to 1961. Aged for seven years in Collets century old chalk cellars, the wine is sourced from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards.
