One single sheet of GENUINE Antique Victorian paper lace used to make Valentines - possibly Made in France but could also be Made in England

Nice condition though there are surface marks to the reverse

Height is 1 1 2"; base measures 1 7 16" x 1 1 16". Very fine condition very clean. Sorry, ring is for display purposes only.
