This vessel bowl is brought to life with a brilliant burnt orange and brown haresfur glaze  The brown hues travel down into the raised foot - this is mirrored by the base of the bowl (internally)

It was just waiting for the right piece of art to fill the space, and what is essentially a perimeter produced by dark and heavy staining applied to the backboard.
