"Double Nightwalk" is the Double version of our beloved "Nightwalk" IPA brewed with oats and hopped with Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops as well as our hand-selected Mosaic and Simcoe from Yakima Chief Hops

Le Ketch has been making some of our favourite hoppy beers so it was an honour to host our friend Guillaume again for a brew day

It's hopped at a rate 25% higher than what we typically do for our Double IPAs so expect a massive hop presence

We teamed up with the legends from Vancouver to come up with a recipe that's a blend of our two approaches to brewing IPAs. We started with a base of pilsner and wheat malt, added our hand selected Citra and finished it with some Nelson from @freestylehops that Simon from Superflux found to be exceptionally tropical and punchy.
