Transferred to stainless for a further 2 months of maturation on 200g per litre of raspberries, blended back with 20% 4 month old fresh barrel aged pale. Bright Light Crisp TART Funky and Fruity This beer has a best before date of 09. 09. 23 but having consulted with Shane from DOT we have come to the conclusion this beer is only going to get better!
