As far as pinot gris goes, this is light on the aromatics and spices usually associated with the variety. It has a charming delicacy, magnifying the grape's granny smith apple, Packham pear and citrus qualities, and a gentle savouriness. It packs a lot into a small package with texture and linear acidity.
