Considering that the phylloxera arrived on Etna in 1881, the vines are therefore over 140 years old, and are ungrafted. In 2006, when I became aware of the peculiarity of this little gem, I decided to vinify the grapes separately. The vintage was splendid, almost monumental. These grapes gave us a
