Description

A pre cask or unaged rum from the Renegade Distillery which has been constructed in Grenada by Mark Reynier

Vinification: Hand-harvested in mid-September

Drink or hold

this wine is unashamedly Californian with a discreet nod to Burgundy

Gavi di Tassarolo ‘La Fornace’ is 100% Cortese which fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and then settled for a few months in vitrified concrete tanks
