It allows us to send you custom tuning files without needing the truck or vehicle here in person. Once you receive the RTD4, you will use it to read your vehicles factory file and send it to us through the free TDN app. We then build your custom tune and send it back through the app. After that, you can use the RTD4 to flash the tune into your vehicle. The
